Delivery and Agreement to Terms

A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of goods. By signing, the customer acknowledges that the order has been delivered in full and in good condition.

Once the delivery is signed for, Lockett Hair is no longer responsible for the goods, including but not limited to loss, theft, or damage occurring after this point. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are inspected and secured upon receipt.

Additionally, customers must agree to these Terms and Conditions by selecting the "I agree to Terms and Conditions" checkbox during checkout. Completion of a purchase signifies acceptance of these terms, including delivery and liability policies
