Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair is final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-exchangeable items
We will not allow an exchange if item has any signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of its bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive the best product for the scalp sensitivity.
